This trickest Monkey 125 tail tidy in the market, made from lightweight carbon fiber, this replaces the huge heavy one provided by Honda. At least Honda made it easy to remove theirs, and ours is quick and easy to install with no modification of components needed.

This conversion kit includes the parts you need to convert the complete USD front end from a Honda RS250 NF5/NX5/NA5 to fit the NSR250 MC21/28.
Parts included:
Steering Stem
Top Clamp Collar
Top Nut (TYLY-0027)
Steering Stopper bushes and bolts
To fit the parts you will need to press the RS stem out of the RS lower clamp. Remove the clip from the bottom of the RS shaft and re-fit this to the conversion shaft. Then press back into the RS lower clamp.
The top clamp collar is a press fit into the top clamp, from the top side. this resizes the top clamp to fit the conversion shaft.
Headstock bearings are OEM NSR items, or TYGA taper roller. These must be purchased separately.
The final attack is fitting the steering stoppers. To locate these, loosly fit the converted headstock to the NSR and then turn your steering to left and right, marking the location of the steering stopper positions to give you just enough clearance for no interference with radiator etc. Check and double check position, then drill (dia. 6.8mm) and tap to M8. Use the supplied M8 bolts to secure.
You can now fit the rest of your front end with ease.

Please see the two dyno graphs from Kawasaki Racing Australia who independently tested the TYGA system against the stock system and also against a well known competitor. The figures clearly show the advantages of installing a TYGA full race exhaust whether it be for street or for race use.Graph 1 shows 8.5% more power over stock just from installing the TYGA Full systemGraph 2 shows the peaks are very similar but look how the TYGA system has more power everywhere else, up to 10% more power in the important 9,000 to 10,000 range. The Leo Vince exhaust was mapped for 98 octane and the Tyga for 91 which should give an advantage to the Leo.

CNC machined TYGA triple clamp set for your RGV250 VJ22.
These stylish, all aluminium triple clamps are a direct replacement for the OEM VJ22 triple clamps, and with the help of FEA testing not only do they look fanstastic, but they perform!
They are delivered without seals and bearings, but include an aluminium top clamp nut, to complete the transformation. The top clamp has the ‘bolt-on’ ignition switch/lock holder fitted, which can be removed for racing.
The Steering stoppers are reversible, giving maximum steering lock for street application, or a reduced angle for racing.
Designed and CNC machined in house by TYGA from aircraft spec 6061-T6 alloy. Weights 1800 gram.
Tightening recommendations:
Lower clamp pinch bolts: 23Nm.
Top clamp pinch bolts: 23Nm.
