Our fairing has the same shape as the original KTM side cowlings, but we have made some updates on the product which makes it stronger and easier to instal.

The TYGA side cowling work together as a set, the original KTM fairing won’t fit the TYGA and vice versa.

Upper/Meter Stay, Aluminium, RGV250 VJ21

This lightweight aluminium meter stay is designed to replace the stock heavy steel one and retains all the functions of the stock one (except the loop for the speedo cable). It is a simple case of removal of the Suzuki stock one and installation of the TYGA replacement to improve power to weight and handling as well as enhance your VJ21’s appearance. The difference in weight is:

Standard Upper/Meter stay with no fittings: 1.5kg

Kit, Seat Set, GRP, (Race), MC21, MC28, NSR250V

Modelled closely from the seat cowling taken off an actual NSR500V HRC factory machine, this seat cowling kit has been designed to faithfully reproduce the appearance and silhouette of the NSR500V but in proportion to the NSR250. This seat cowling set can be installed with both the MC28 and the MC21, (though to fit it on a MC21 you will need an MC28 fuel tank or TYGA Fuel tank BPCG-0001 or BPFG-0001). The set consists of the parts shown below and has special mounting hardware and seat pad provided.

We have designed the seat cowling so that for fuel tank removal, there is no need to remove the seat cowling, making for quick and easy jet changes and maintenance etc. Note, you do not need to change the subframe for either the MC21 or MC28 models to install this seat cowling which bolts to the stock subframe holes at the rear and special front lower subframe mounting positions with all hardware provided. The seat cowling has threaded holes in the underside to attach exhaust stays TYLY-0243L and TYLY-0243R for use with NSR250V exhaust system EXCS-0047

We recommend installing this seat cowling set with fairing set BPFS-0197 on the NSR250 to complete the NSR250V bodywork style. For a complete transformation of the whole bike, we also recommend exhaust system EXCS-0047 and EXSL-0083 or EXSL-0084.

This product EXCS-0007 is made from stainless steel and has one chamber exiting left and one chamber exiting on the right.

This is the all GRP seat cowling used in the NC30 RC211V style seat cowling kits, BPFS-0028 and BPFS-0034.

This product is suitable as a replacement seat cowling in the event of damage to the one in the set. It is also ideal for somebody wishing to custom fit it to another model. Please note it will need modifying to fit anything other than the NC30.
