This Silencer Mounting Flange allows for fitment of all TYGA silencers to any stainless steel two stroke expansion chamber. Simply cut off the original mount flange and weld on the TYGA mount flange.
26.5mm inside diameter. Some expansion chamber systems may require a reducing sleeve, or modfication to the mount flange for the perfect fit.

This product is almost identical to BPFL-9014, just wider lip to match the upper BPFU-9005.
Modelled on the RSW GP race bike design and adapted to fit the NSR250, this lower cowling represents the ultimate in fairing design for the NSR. Keeping the width to an absolute minimum, the design gives maximum clearance with the track at high angles of lean. Other features include a vent underneath and improved design giving excellent finish both inside and out. Weight is now only approx. 1 kg but strength retained using a lip around the edge.
It is supplied with spacers to place between fairing and rear lower mounts to ensure clearance with exhaust chambers.

This product must be used with BPFU-9005 but can also be used with BPFU-9012 and BPFU-9022.
This lower cowling is designed to be used with stock or race exhaust systems though some spacing may be necessary to get clearance with chambers:
1. stock systems, fit with no spacing but will need a small part of the indent on the lower vent removed to clear the chamber. We can modify the lower to fit the stock chambers if requested
2. Tyga chambers require some spacing but no cutting. On some systems (particularly MC28) no spacing is necessary
3. Other systems, can not advise, but should require only spacing or possibly cutting of front of lower where front cylinder header exits.

Designed in-house by TYGA Performance using the latest in CAD/CAM software, these CNC machine-made step kits are made from top quality aircraft grade aluminium. Complete with carbon heelguards on the left hanger.
Fittings are also provided to mount the standard brake light switch, however, many people replace this with an inline pressure switch for better appearance.
Please note that this step kit will not fit the VTR1000 SP1 due to the different type link rod.
This step kit moves the peg position back 12 mm. and up 20 mm. from standard . Pitch of hanger frame mounting holes is 83 mm.

The TYGA Full Race System has been designed with maximum power mind. This system is a necessity if you need to squeeze every drop of horse power from the machine.
Manufactured from TIG welded stainless steel sections throughout, with all joints secured by springs, for that ‘factory’ look and feel. The system fits both the NC30 and NC35. Most systems are not designed to be used with a side stand on the NC30, but the TYGA system can be used with a side stand on both the NC30 and NC35.
For unsurpassed looks, sound and performance, this system can be used with any of our 400 system exhaust silencers.
If you need further reason to purchase this product, this exhaust is considerably lighter than the stock system. Weighing only half the weight of the stock system makes for a weight saving of4.2 kg.
NC35:
First, an NC35 was tested with the original Honda exhaust system and produced a peak of 53.5hp; about the right number for a stock bike.
Then the pipe was changed for the TYGA full stainless system, and the main jets increased one size from stock front and rear. No other changes were made, and the peak hp increased to 59.9hp, a gain of 6.4hp (Over 8% more power!)
NC30:
On the NC30, the advantage over the stock exhaust system is higher. With just the TYGA pipe and a couple of main jet changes, the power leaps from a stock 52hp up to a healthy 59hp. That’s 7hp, or 13.5% more.
The pipe set can be used with any silencer with a2 inch internal diameter bore which is held in place by springs for ease of fitment and removal. TYGA provide the following compatible silencers which can either be ordered separately with this system or together as a set.
