Rear Hugger/Chain Guard/SwingArm Cover Assembly (Carbon), KTM Duke – RC125, RC200, RC390

This rear hugger/chain guard assembly also covers the swing arm to give it a smooth and race orientated appearance. Adds class to your ride and is an easy installation. Ideally, it can be installed with rear stand bobbins TYLY-1209 and TYLY-0209.

This set of bodywork is designed to replace the stock seat cowling with the street version of our GP Race Seat cowling and includes all parts needed to do the conversion. The kit comprises the parts below which are also available separately.

We make four versions of our NSR250 GP Race seat cowling for use in 8 different race and street sets. . For the MC21 and MC28, we recommend ordering one of the complete kits below (BPFS-****) which includes all the necessary parts to complete the modification.

The advantages of this seat cowling over stock include:

– Design allows for integrated LED Tail light ( BPLT-0008) for flush fitment and new lighter registration/license plate holder ( BPFX-9006). For race use, location for LED Tail light acts as air vent

– higher at the rear, to give the bike a more agressive stance

– better rider control by use of enclosed seat area

– improved strength with precision in design and fitment as well as lighter weight.

Designed in-house by TYGA Performance using CAD/CAM software, these CNC machine-made step kits are manufactured from top quality aircraft grade aluminium.

Carbon heel guard on left side hanger included. The right side carbon brake/heel guard shown in some pictures of this step kit assembled on the bike is a separate product. For right side heel guard order part number BPCC-9002 or BPCC-9010R)

Now includes brake light switch provision.

This step kit moves the peg position back 15 mm. and up 10 mm. from standard. Pitch of hanger frame mounting holes is 78 mm.

Steering stopper for race use. Reduces degree of movement in steering. Easy to attatch using hole for brake hose clamp on triple clamp.

NGK sparkplug cab for sparkplug R7282 Blue (alg-10228)

NGK spark plug cap TRS1225 with 5 kohm resistor for NGK short race spark plug R7282. Suitable for 8 mm spark plug cable. Can be used f.e. for Honda NSR250 / RS and Aprilia RS250 / Suzuku RGV250 Yamaha TZ 125 and 250 road race engines.
