Holder, Carbon, Brake Hose, NSR500V Style
This carbon brake holder is a faithful reproduction of HRC part 43150-NX6-000 used on the HRC NSR500V GP bike.
It allows for removal of the stock chain guard by providing a safe way of securing the rear brake line on any Pro Arm model such as the MC28, NC30 and NC35. To install this holder, it is necessary to drill and tap two small mounting holes in the swing arm to secure the holder using the bolts and washers provided with the holder. The holder is also supplied with cable ties and rubber hose suitable for braided brake lines in order to keep the brake line held in position while at the same time looking neat and tidy.
Important: care should be taken during installation to allow adequate clearance of the brake line with the chain and rear wheel when the bike is being ridden allowing for movement due to suspension etc.

This 300cc Big Bore Kit is identical to the TPER-0007 300cc Big Bore Kit, but the standard 300cc pistons are replaced with high performance options.
In this case we have forged Wiseco pistons that are lighter and stronger than stock. They use Wiseco rings, clips and pins.

Other information:
There is no problem about the RC valves hitting the piston due to thin cylinder wall thickness. This is not an issue on our kit as it’s using different
cylinders, not modified NSR250. They are genuine OEM Honda cylinders, made and plated in Japan to their typical high quality.
The RC valves are easier to adjust than ever on the 300 kit, as there’s only one adjuster screw to play with, and each cylinder marked at the correct ‘fully open’ position for simple setting.
Exact Jetting requirements for your area and application cannot be provided due to differing atmospheric conditions around the world. However, following are some base settings to work from:

Tip: Cooler temps, higher pressure and/or lower humidity require richer jetting. High altitude requires leaner settings. Starting off with rich settings will in the worse case foul a plug. Too lean a setting may destroy the engine.

Top quality reproduction of the steel MC28 fuel tank in GRP. This product is a direct replacement for the stock fuel tank and saves approx. a third of the weight of the stock one (2.6 kg ours, 3.9kg for the steel one).
Using specially formulated epoxy resin for fuel resistance, this tank has been tested with a range of fuels from 95 unleaded pump fuel to E85 (85% ethanol).
Laminated with a Kevlar layer for abrasion and puncture resistance, this fuel tank is both strong and light. Unlike most aftermarket fuel tanks, this one is designed so that there is no compromise with installation and through use of high quality CNC machined aluminium inserts, retains the original associated hardware including the stock Honda or keyless fuel tank filler caps and stock fuel cock.
Like the stock Honda fuel tank, it has the correct plumbing for the Honda type breather valve incorporated in the design and also the overflow/drain tube. Uses the stock Honda mounting rubbers for ease and peace of mind in fitment.
This product can be used on all MC28 model NSR250s and MC21 models if fitted with an MC28 compatible seat cowling. This means that if you have an MC21 and would like to install this tank, it is possible by installation with any of the following TYGA seat cowling sets:

These spacers are designed to allow the standard NSR250, NC30/35 front wheel to be used together with the ’07-final model CBR600RR forks when used with our CBR600RR triple clamp conversion.
Note that the upper/lower triple clamp bore dimensions are 48mm – 54mm.
The standard ’07-final axle shaft should be used, and is the correct size for the NSR/NC wheel.
The NSR/NC disc mounting face is 100mm wide. The disc pitch, centerline to centerline of the rotors should be 130mm, and the discs 310mm in diameter.
VFR750R RC30 discs can be used.
