There are different kits depending on the piston supplied and the pistons are sized to match the cylinder. The cylinders have a letter stamped on them. A cylinder = B piston B cylinder = no mark piston, C cylinder = D piston. The largest cylinder bore is A and the smallest is C. However, note that this is only for when cylinders are new or in good condition, so if the cylinder is worn, the corresponding piston will be a looser so a bigger piston might be advised. If the cross hatch honing of the cylinder is very feint then we suggest using the next size up piston. The differences in sizes are tiny (11 microns between largest and smallest) and for the most part not an issue so it is not a problem if a smaller piston is used in a larger cylinder or the other way round.
Cylinder A = 54.008mm – 54.011mm use Piston B = 53.966mm – 53.969mm
Cylinder B = 54.004mm – 54.008mm use Piston # = 53.962mm – 53.965mm
Cylinder C = 54.000mm – 54.004mm use Piston D = 53.958mm – 53.961mm
Piston to bore clearance = 0.039mm – 0.045mm

Seat Cowling, (GRP), NC30/NC35 GP-T
This product is the latest TYGA design for the 400 V4 and is designed to be stylish and lightweight. This product includes ONLY the seat cowling for replacement in the event of an accident or can be used for a project bike of another model. For the MC21, we recommend ordering one of the complete kits below (BPFS-****) which includes all the necessay parts to complete the modification. For installation of any other model the customer will need to make the necessary modifications,

The advantages of this seat cowling over stock include:

Fitment: They are a direct fitment for the models listed. The rears are specifically designed by us here at TYGA to fit the Honda street bike hubs without the need to modify or change the rear brake rotor mounting bolts and the fronts have the correct bearing spacing for Honda street bikes of that period, so no time wasted by the user adapting them to fit. Simply use together with the OEM wheel spacers.
Weight: Weight. These wheels are super light and suitable for racing. The front 3.50 weighs: 2.738 kg, the 5.00 rear weighs: 3.073 KG and the 5.50 weighs: 3.228 kg
Strength: These wheels are made from forged aluminium so super strong but much lighter than cast aluminium wheels They are stronger and less prone to corrosion and cracking than magnesium. See load chart below for details of maximum weights.

Designed in-house by TYGA Performance using the latest CAD/CAM software, these CNC machine-made step kits are made from top quality aircraft grade aluminium. Complete with carbon heelguard on left and right hanger.
Race shift possible by reversing the gear change arm. No other modification necessary other than adjustment of the link rod.
Peg position is 25/40mm. up and 15/30mm. back*.
Brake light is operated by standard pressure switch.
Provision for the side stand is provided.
Fitting the TYGA Step Kit for the KTM 390 Duke requires that the swingarm axle be removed from the machine, which can render the vehicle unstable. Having an assistant can be very useful during removal and fitting of the axle.

Modelled closely from the seat cowling taken off an actual NSR500V HRC factory machine, this seat cowling kit has been designed to faithfully reproduce the appearance and silhouette of the NSR500V but in proportion to the NSR250. This seat cowling set can be installed with both the MC28 and the MC21, (though to fit it on a MC21 you will need an MC28 fuel tank or TYGA Fuel tank BPCG-0001 or BPFG-0001). The set consists of the parts shown below and has a taillight for street use and special mounting hardware and seat pad provided.
We have designed the seat cowling so that for fuel tank removal, there is no need to remove the seat cowling, making for quick and easy jet changes and maintenance etc. Note, you do not need to change the subframe for either the MC21 or MC28 models to install this seat cowling which bolts to the stock subframe holes at the rear and special front lower subframe mounting positions with all hardware provided. The seat cowling has threaded holes in the underside to attach exhaust stays TYLY-0243L and TYLY-0243R for use with NSR250V exhaust system EXCS-0047
We recommend installing this seat cowling set with fairing set BPFS-0195 on the NSR250 to complete the NSR250V bodywork style. For a complete transformation of the whole bike, we also recommend exhaust system EXCS-0047 and EXSL-0083 or EXSL-0084.
