Fuel Tank, Carbon, VFR400R NC30
Top quality reproduction of the steel NC30 fuel tank in carbon fiber. This product is a direct replacement for the stock NC30 fuel tank and saves approx. a third of the weight of the stock one (2.6 kg ours, 3.9kg for the steel one).
Finished in high quality UV resistant clearcoat to show off the beauty of the carbon weave, and using specially formulated epoxy resin for fuel resistance, this tank has been tested with a range of fuels from 95 unleaded pump fuel to E85 (85% ethanol).
Laminated with a Kevlar layer for abrasion and puncture resistance, this fuel tank is both strong and light. Unlike most aftermarket fuel tanks, this one is designed so that there is no compromise with installation and through use of high quality CNC machined aluminium inserts, retains the original associated hardware including the stock Honda or keyless fuel tank filler caps and stock fuel cock.
Like the stock Honda fuel tank, it has the correct plumbing for the Honda type breather valve incorporated in the design and also the overflow/drain tube. Uses the stock Honda mounting rubbers for ease and peace of mind in fitment.

Racing Step Kit, (Adjustable), Ninja 400
Designed in-house by TYGA Performance using the latest CAD/CAM software, these CNC machine-made step kits are made from top quality aircraft grade aluminium. Complete with carbon heelguard on left and right hanger.
Street/Race shift possible by reversing the gear change arm. No other modification necessary other than adjustment of the link rod.
Peg position is multi adjustable. The low/forward position is 15mm back and 15mm up from the standard position. Adjustable in 15mm increments to a maximum of 60mm back and up from the standard position.*
Brake light is not used on these race steps, but a simple inline pressure switch may be used.
The side stand mounting does not need to be removed.
Fitting the TYGA Step Kit for the Kawasaki Ninja 400 requires that the swingarm axle be removed from the machine, which can render the vehicle unstable. We recommend using a rear paddock stand for stability, and having an assistant can be very useful during removal and fitting of the axle.
* Peg position can be adjusted to ten positions by 2x M8 bolts attaching the hanger plate to the main plate. After a position change, adjustment of the gear change arm and link rod length will be necessary. For low/forward positions you will need to use the standard link rod.
For your safety, please ensure all fasteners are tight before use, and we recommend the use of thread locking agent (such as Loctite 242) on the 2x M8 bolts.
