This handy tool has many functions. It’s primary use if as a locking device for hand held grinder wheels, but it’s great for anything with holes that need turning. We use on our fork tops (TYLY-0038). Overall length approx 180 mm.

Not recommended for holding flywheels while being tightened/loosened.

This is a GRP reproduction of the stock OEM front tank cover for the NC35. It can be used either with a stock tank in the normal way or if ordered with BPFX-9201 to make a full tank cover for the NC35.

Frame Cover, Pair, Carbon, RGV250 VJ21 (Frame without Steering Damper)

These lightweight carbon covers fit over the frame and they are designed to protect against scratches and damage to the frame in the event of an accident.

Note that some examples of the VJ21 had no steering damper mounting boss. Also some other frames have the steering damper mounting boss in a different position. For those frames, ypou also can ise thsi set this set and cut a hole to suit.

VHM cylinder head (2 pieces), Honda NSR250 (alg-10096)

VHM are a respected manufacturer of high quality racing parts used by factory teams world wide, and we are now pleased to be able to offer their cylinder heads for use on the NSR250

VHM produces exchangeable cylinder heads for two-stroke engines in motocross and road racing. With the experience gained in two-stroke tuning, VHM develops products of high quality.

During intensive tests, on the racetrack as on the VHM dyno, the cylinder head showed a better temperature development in the cylinder head. A lower engine temperature followed. The explanation of this phenomenon is the use of a special aluminum alloy which has a very good heat transference. Another advantage of the material is its resistance to detonation.

The VHM cylinder head is designed with removeable combustion chamber inserts so that changes of compression ratios are quick and simple, and no more wasted head gaskets thanks to the O-ring design

This head set comes with following parts:

These heads use a centrally located spark plug and coolant outlet spigot just like the standard NSR rear cylinder. Therefore an HRC style hose is required which must also be ordered.

Steering Stopper, KTM RC390

Designed and manufactured in house by TYGA Performance, this stainless steel steering stopper restricts the amount of steering angle on the KTM RC series. Ideal for racing and preventing smashed thumbs from ‘tank slappers’. Installs in minutes. No special tools or dismantling of the bike required.

Fitting Instructions: BPSY-0159 Steering Stopper, KTM RC390

1) Remove 2x M3 bolts and spring washers, and remove the top plate

2) Remove cover from 3M double sided tape

3) Lift the steering stopper into position to wrap around the standard

steering stopper on the frame. It should hold itself in place with the tape

4) Refit cover, M3 screws and washers and tighten the screws securely.

5) Go racing!!
