Set pipe Full race system WSS300 (race), KTM RC390
This full exhaust system has been conceived to meet WSS300 specifications and carefully designed to squeeze the most power out of the 390. The stainless steel headers are tapered and the sections hand- rolled and welded to give this system incredible looks as well as performance.
And with full spring mounting, fitting and removal of the exhaust is quick and simple. Ideal in a race environment.
By taking advantage of better routing under the engine, the exhaust can be made to optimize dimensions to exploit the motor’s full potential. In addition, by tucking it up through the swing arm, the exhaust does not have any clearance issues in tight bends and is kept away from side which is the most vulnerable position in the case of an accident, increasing its survivability.
The system features a primary silencer, which helps reduce the sound level without any loss of performance.
The system is also provided with a dB killer as well as a carbon heat shield and a bracket so you can mount this system on the earlier RC390 models which did not have this already on the frame, meaning this exhaust will fit all RC390 models to date.
Sound test of the full TYGA system back to back with the Akrapovic World Supersport 300 titanium pipe.
As you can see on the chart below, the sound levels (without DK) are pretty much identical between the two systems. The DK knocks about 5 decibels off everywhere.
Due to the new routing of the exhaust, it is necessary to re-route the water hoses and remove the thermostat, and we provide all the necessary hoses for this conversion. Also, due the exhaust running under the engine, the stock belly pan is not compatible and we provide some alternatives which are not included in the cost of the exhaust.
Note, this is what we describe as the ‘Street’ system. The only difference between this and the race one is the silencer is in a more out board position to clear license/Registration place when used on the street. Powerwise, it is identical to EXPS-0112

Triple Clamp Set, CNC Black, NC35 Forks to fit CBR250RR MC22
CNC machined TYGA triple clamp set for the CBR250RR MC22 to take 50 mm / 52 mm diameter RVF400 NC35 forks.
Designed and machined in-house by TYGA from aircraft spec 6061-T6 alloy. FEA tested and developed for increased strength without unnecessary weight increase.
They are delivered ready to fit with all necessary bearings and lower seal, and even an aluminium top clamp nut, to complete the transformation. The top clamp has the ‘bolt-on’ ignition switch/lock holder fitted, which can be removed for racing.
Tightening recommendations:
Lower clamp pinch bolts: 23Nm.
Top clamp pinch bolts: 23Nm.

This full race system has been specifically designed for the Monkey 125 to maximise power. Made in stainless steel with spring mounted carbon silencer this system increases performance, saves weight and enhances the looks of the bike. Sounds great too! (A dB killer is included).
Note that once the stock system has been removed from the Monkey, there is an empty space under the seat on the right side. We recommend installing TYGA Performance product BPCC-7142R which has been designed to mirror the left side cover. This will fill in the gap under the seat and complete the transformation. Refer to photos of the exhaust installed for more details.

Performance and Dynograph
The blue trace shows the 100% standard Honda Monkey 125, compared to the red trace, which is after installing the TYGA Full System set (EXPS-0109) with no other changes to the stock bike.
A useful increase in peak power and further gains could probably be had with remapping etc.

There are different kits depending on the piston supplied and the pistons are sized to match the cylinder. The cylinders have a letter stamped on them. A cylinder = B piston B cylinder = no mark piston, C cylinder = D piston. The largest cylinder bore is A and the smallest is C. However, note that this is only for when cylinders are new or in good condition, so if the cylinder is worn, the corresponding piston will be a looser so a bigger piston might be advised. If the cross hatch honing of the cylinder is very feint then we suggest using the next size up piston. The differences in sizes are tiny (11 microns between largest and smallest) and for the most part not an issue so it is not a problem if a smaller piston is used in a larger cylinder or the other way round.
