This is the seat cowling with carbon (front section and around top and bottom air ducts) and is used in the NC35 T13 style seat cowling kit BPFS-0118.

This product is suitable as a replacement seat cowling in the event of damage to the one in the set. It is also ideal for somebody wishing to custom fit it to another model. Please note it will need modifying to fit anything other than the NC35.

This full exhaust system has been conceived to meet WSS300 specifications and carefully designed to squeeze the most power out of the 390. The stainless steel headers are tapered and the sections hand- rolled and welded to give this system incredible looks as well as performance.

And with full spring mounting, fitting and removal of the exhaust is quick and simple. Ideal in a race environment.

By taking advantage of better routing under the engine, the exhaust can be made to optimize dimensions to exploit the motor’s full potential. In addition, by tucking it up through the swing arm, the exhaust does not have any clearance issues in tight bends and is kept away from side which is the most vulnerable position in the case of an accident, increasing its survivability.

The system features a primary silencer, which helps reduce the sound level without any loss of performance.

The system is also provided with a dB killer as well as a carbon heat shield and a bracket so you can mount this system on the earlier RC390 models which did not have this already on the frame, meaning this exhaust will fit all RC390 models to date.

Sound test of the full TYGA system back to back with the Akrapovic World Supersport 300 titanium pipe.

As you can see on the chart below, the sound levels (without DK) are pretty much identical between the two systems. The DK knocks about 5 decibels off everywhere.
Due to the new routing of the exhaust, it is necessary to re-route the water hoses and remove the thermostat, and we provide all the necessary hoses for this conversion. Also, due the exhaust running under the engine, the stock belly pan is not compatible and we provide some alternatives which are not included in the cost of the exhaust.

Note, this is what we describe as the ‘Street’ system. The only difference between this and the race one is the silencer is in a more out board position to clear license/Registration place when used on the street. Powerwise, it is identical to EXPS-0112

CNC machined TYGA triple clamp set for your NSR250 MC28.

These stylish, all aluminium triple clamps are a direct replacement for the MC28 triple clamps, and with the help of FEA testing not only do they look fanstastic, but they perform!

They are delivered ready to fit with all necessary bearings and bottom seal, and even an aluminium top clamp nut, to complete the transformation. The top clamp has the ‘bolt-on’ key holder fitted, which can be removed for racing.

The Steering stoppers are reversible, giving maximum steering lock for street application, or a reduced angle for racing.

Designed and CNC machined in house by TYGA from aircraft spec 6061-T6 alloy.

Tightening recommendations:

Lower clamp pinch bolts: 23Nm.

Top clamp pinch bolts: 23Nm.

TYGA/KITACO Power Up Kit, Maggot Type

This power up kit is designed to give a significant power boost over stock. Using TYGA Performance and KITACO products, the power of the MSX125 Grom is increased by 25%. Below is the dyno graph. STD vs our full system with carbon silencer, Kitaco type 2 camshaft, i-map (setting #3). Similar results were found with the Moto Maggot and stainess type silencers.

Description:

Fitting this Power Up Kit to your Honda MSX125/GROM gives a significant increase in top end performance and over rev. Peak hp is moved from 7,000rpm (std) up to 8,000rpm, with a 1.6hp gain at peak.

Fitting the i-Map Fuel Injection Controller is a necessary modification to avoid the engine running lean and being damaged. Running the KITACO Type 2 camshaft without the i-Map is NOT an option!

Performance and Dynograph

The blue trace shows the 100% standard Honda MSX125 Grom, compared to the red trace, which is after installing the TYGA Full System set (EXPS-0064) with no other changes to the stock bike.

A useful increase in peak power and further gains could probably be had with remapping etc.
