Triple Clamp Set, CNC Black, CBR600RR Forks to fit CBR250RR MC22

CNC machined TYGA triple clamp set for the CBR250RR MC22 to take 48 mm / 53 mm diameter CBR600RR forks. (For later model CBR600RR which use 54 mm forks on the lower clamp, please change options below)

Designed and machined in-house by TYGA from aircraft spec 6061-T6 alloy. FEA tested and developed for increased strength without unnecessary weight increase.

They are delivered ready to fit with all necessary bearings and lower seal, and even an aluminium top clamp nut, to complete the transformation. The top clamp has the ‘bolt-on’ ignition switch/lock holder fitted, which can be removed for racing.

Note, we recommend using Handlebar set 48 mm. TYLY-1012 when installing this triple clamp set for best clearance issue with the CBR250RR clocks and fairing.

Tightening recommendations:

Lower clamp pinch bolts: 23Nm.

Top clamp pinch bolts: 23Nm.

Swing Arm, Carbon Shark Fin Guard, Assy, Ninja 400

This tough carbon shark fin is specifically designed to fit on the bottom of the Ninja 400 swing arm and is supplied with a CNC mounting plate and hardware. The shark fin can be installed in minutes and utilizes existing mounting holes on the swing arm for the stand bobbins so no need to drill holes etc. Can be used with or without the rear stand bobbins installed.
