Fabricated in 304 Stainless Steel with Molded rubber for secure, yet safe clamping.
This product, EXCL-0004, has a tab welded above the top silencer to secure the clamp and silencers to an exhaust stay or they are secured to the bike by use of a central position such as on the VJ22 and the Aprilia RS-250 with an otherwise completely stock bike.
If you don’t need the tab to secure to the subframe, please refer to EXCL-0005 which does not have a tab on the top and just clamps the silencers to each other.

Set pipe Full race system WSS300 (race), KTM RC390
This full exhaust system has been conceived to meet WSS300 specifications and carefully designed to squeeze the most power out of the 390. The stainless steel headers are tapered and the sections hand- rolled and welded to give this system incredible looks as well as performance.
And with full spring mounting, fitting and removal of the exhaust is quick and simple. Ideal in a race environment.
By taking advantage of better routing under the engine, the exhaust can be made to optimize dimensions to exploit the motor’s full potential. In addition, by tucking it up through the swing arm, the exhaust does not have any clearance issues in tight bends and is kept away from side which is the most vulnerable position in the case of an accident, increasing its survivability.
The system features a primary silencer, which helps reduce the sound level without any loss of performance.
The system is also provided with a dB killer as well as a carbon heat shield and a bracket so you can mount this system on the earlier RC390 models which did not have this already on the frame, meaning this exhaust will fit all RC390 models to date.
Sound test of the full TYGA system back to back with the Akrapovic World Supersport 300 titanium pipe.
As you can see on the chart below, the sound levels (without DK) are pretty much identical between the two systems. The DK knocks about 5 decibels off everywhere.
Due to the new routing of the exhaust, it is necessary to re-route the water hoses and remove the thermostat, and we provide all the necessary hoses for this conversion. Also, due the exhaust running under the engine, the stock belly pan is not compatible and we provide some alternatives which are not included in the cost of the exhaust.
Note, this is what we describe as the ‘Street’ system. The only difference between this and the race one is the silencer is in a more out board position to clear license/Registration place when used on the street. Powerwise, it is identical to EXPS-0112

Front Fender, GRP, HRC NSR250 replica
Front Fender, Factory HRC NSR250 Racer Style. This front fender is designed to fit HRC factory NSR250 forks but could possibly made to fit other models with suitable mounting hardware. It is similar in styling to the front fenders used by factory riders such as Cadalora, Biaggi, Ukawa, Okada etc. in the years 1992-1995. The reason for this fender being in our line up is we were lucky enough to source some factory forks and needed a fender to go with them and wanted something as close the original as possible and designed it from photos and memory so while similar, it is not an exact replica. In any case if you look at the fenders used by HRC at that time, you can see that there are slight differences between years and bikes.
We don’t know if it will fit any other models but we know it does not fit any other front ends that we have tested it on such as NX5, RVF400, NSR50 MC18/21/28 etc.

This lightweight aluminium subframe replaces the heavy steel scaffolding that Suzuki saw fit to inflict on the VJ21 and is idea for a race or modified street bike. The VJ21 is a light and agile bike and it is a pity that it is encumbered with all this weight at the rear of the bike which becomes redundant once you convert to single seat. All that is really needed is a lightweight subframe to support:
The rear fender
Taillight
Attachment for the radiator surge tank.*
* The surge tank is now accessed from the inside without the need to remove the race seat cowling should any top up be required. Alternatively, an aftermarket surge tank such as this can be installed (BPAC-1002)
With a single seat cowling, access to the autolube reservoir is hindered so we simplified the subframe so:
No passenger seat support area
No passenger pegs and mounting hangers
No autolube reservoir and mounting hardware.
No exhaust silencer mounts
Note that we are in the process of making an alternative suitable autolube reservoir kit and exhaust silencer mounting stays.
This product is made in-house in TYGA and all hand fabricated and precision welded for a race inspired and lightweight product, finished in high quality satin black powercoating and Includes all mounting hardware to mount subframe and undertray. The difference in weight is 0.54kg compared to 2.1kg for the stock one, so a whopping 1.56kg lighter!
