We now make four versions of our NSR250 GP Race seat cowling for use for the MC28 in 8 different race and street sets. This product includes ONLY the seat cowling for replacement in the event of an accident or can be used for a project bike of another model. For the MC28, we recommend ordering one of the complete kits below (BPFS-****) which includes all the necessay parts to complete the modification. For installation of any other model the customer will need to make the necessary modifications,

The advantages of this seat cowling over stock include:
– use with rest of seat cowlign kit, much lighter than stock
– new design allows for integrated LED Tail light ( BPLT-0008) for flush fitment and new lighter registration/license plate holder ( BPFX-9006). For race use, location for LED Tail light acts as air vent
– higher at the rear, to give the bike a more agressive stance
– better rider control by use of enclosed seat area
– improved strength with precision in design and fitment

For Aprilia RS250 MK1 owners, you can use this fairing but it’s not a direct fit.
The dash is different, the digital meters (MK2) fits the TYGA frame.
Tank MK1 looks the same but is little different. The seat needs adjustment the tank is a little bigger.
The cooling- and oil tank are in the sub frame (MK1) and on the side of the frame MK2.
The steps left and right of the MK2 have extra brackets, the MK1 don’t have these. You need them to fit the lower TYGA cowling.

After 20 years or so of hard use, many NC35’s have damaged or scruffy fork caps. We know that it can really detract from an otherwise well restored bike if the fork caps are scuffed or dinged up. We therefore decided to reproduce the fork caps both for our collection and to offer to the public at the same time. CNC machined from 7075 T6 aluminium and brass and with the clear anodizing, just like the original OEM parts, these fork caps are the finishing touch of any NC35 restoration and install exactly the same as the original Honda ones.
The 3 legged Spring Adjuster Plate is not included in this kit. Please reuse the original part.
Removal and refitting of the original NC35 rebound damper rod is required, so please follow the instructions carefully.

We are pleased that we can offer VHM products on our website, for use on the Suzuki RGV250, and also Aprilia RS250.
VHM produces exchangeable cylinder heads for two-stroke engines in motocross and road racing. With the experience gained in two-stroke tuning, VHM develops products of high quality.
During intensive tests, on the racetrack as on the VHM dyno, the cylinder head showed a better temperature development in the cylinder head. A lower engine temperature followed. The explanation of this phenomenon is the use of a special aluminum alloy which has a very good heat transference. Another advantage of the material is its resistance to detonation.
The VHM cylinder head is designed with central spark plug position for superior burn, and removable combustion chamber inserts so that changes of compression ratios are quick and simple, and no more wasted head gaskets thanks to the O-ring design. Combustion chambers are available in different volumes.
