The TYGA Full Race System has been designed with maximum power mind. This system is a necessity if you need to squeeze every drop of horse power from the machine.
Manufactured from TIG welded stainless steel sections throughout, with all joints secured by springs, for that ‘factory’ look and feel. The system fits both the NC30 and NC35. Most systems are not designed to be used with a side stand on the NC30, but the TYGA system can be used with a side stand on both the NC30 and NC35.
For unsurpassed looks, sound and performance, this system can be used with any of our 400 system exhaust silencers.
If you need further reason to purchase this product, this exhaust is considerably lighter than the stock system. Weighing only half the weight of the stock system makes for a weight saving of4.2 kg.
NC35:
First, an NC35 was tested with the original Honda exhaust system and produced a peak of 53.5hp; about the right number for a stock bike.
Then the pipe was changed for the TYGA full stainless system, and the main jets increased one size from stock front and rear. No other changes were made, and the peak hp increased to 59.9hp, a gain of 6.4hp (Over 8% more power!)
NC30:
On the NC30, the advantage over the stock exhaust system is higher. With just the TYGA pipe and a couple of main jet changes, the power leaps from a stock 52hp up to a healthy 59hp. That’s 7hp, or 13.5% more.
The pipe set can be used with any silencer with a2 inchinternal diameter bore which is held in place by springs for ease of fitment and removal. TYGA provide the following compatible silencers which can either be ordered separately with this system or together as a set.
The pipe set is supplied with a oval carbon silencer EXSL-0035 which is held in place by springs for ease of fitment and removal. This system may not comply to specific country noise emission regulations and is not homologated for street use.

Racing Step Kit, (Adjustable), Ninja 400
Designed in-house by TYGA Performance using the latest CAD/CAM software, these CNC machine-made step kits are made from top quality aircraft grade aluminium. Complete with carbon heelguard on left and right hanger.
Street/Race shift possible by reversing the gear change arm. No other modification necessary other than adjustment of the link rod.
Peg position is multi adjustable. The low/forward position is 15mm back and 15mm up from the standard position. Adjustable in 15mm increments to a maximum of 60mm back and up from the standard position.*
Brake light is not used on these race steps, but a simple inline pressure switch may be used.
The side stand mounting does not need to be removed.
Fitting the TYGA Step Kit for the Kawasaki Ninja 400 requires that the swingarm axle be removed from the machine, which can render the vehicle unstable. We recommend using a rear paddock stand for stability, and having an assistant can be very useful during removal and fitting of the axle.
* Peg position can be adjusted to ten positions by 2x M8 bolts attaching the hanger plate to the main plate. After a position change, adjustment of the gear change arm and link rod length will be necessary. For low/forward positions you will need to use the standard link rod.
For your safety, please ensure all fasteners are tight before use, and we recommend the use of thread locking agent (such as Loctite 242) on the 2x M8 bolts.

Below is everything you need to do a top end rebuild on your MC18. Suitable for cylinder ‘C’. One kit includes all parts for one cylinder. To overhaul both cylinders please order 2 kits.
There are different kits depending on the piston supplied and the pistons are sized to match the cylinder. The cylinders have a letter stamped on them. A cylinder = B piston B cylinder = no mark piston, C cylinder = D piston. The largest cylinder bore is A and the smallest is C. However, note that this is only for when cylinders are new or in good condition, so if the cylinder is worn, the corresponding piston will be a looser so a bigger piston might be advised. If the cross hatch honing of the cylinder is very feint then we suggest using the next size up piston. The differences in sizes are tiny (11 microns between largest and smallest) and for the most part not an issue so it is not a problem if a smaller piston is used in a larger cylinder or the other way round.
Cylinder A = 54.008mm – 54.011mm use Piston B = 53.966mm – 53.969mm
