Due to popular demand, our GP seat cowling kit is now available in carbon. These panels are both lighter and stronger than GRP. Finshed in three layers of tough clear coat to protect against UV light, they are ready to use and don’t require painting.* This kit comprises of the parts shown below which are also available separately.
*Please note, does not include front fairing kit which can be ordered, code BPFS-1100. Graphics shown in photos are not included.
This kit is supplied with all additional fasteners required to mount it to a stock Aprilia RS-250
If you have left and right exiting chambers (side by side) you will need to add 1 X exhaust stay to your order (Only one supplied in kit for twin right exiting chambers)
For Aprilia RS250 MK1 owners, you can use this fairing but it’s not a direct fit.
The dash is different, the digital meters (MK2) fits the TYGA frame.
Tank MK1 looks the same but is little different. The seat needs adjustment the tank is a little bigger.
The cooling- and oil tank are in the sub frame (MK1) and on the side of the frame MK2.
The steps left and right of the MK2 have extra brackets, the MK1 don’t have these. You need this fot the lower TYGA cowling.

This product is to be used exclusively with our TYGA Seat cowling kits for the Aprilia RS-250. These include BPFS-0102, BPFS-0103.
This stay is designed to mount to The TYGA Aprilia RS-250 subframe TYGLY-0065 and secure the silencers of the the exhaust system. Will secure TYGA silencers and possibly others (we have no information on this) and because they are not ‘handed’ you can use them for both left and right sides. One stay is supplied in the kits and is sufficient if the motorcycle being fitted has the silencers stacked on the right side. (TYGA GP Style). If the motorcycle has side by side silencers with one exiting on the left and another on the right, it will be necessary to order an additional exhaust stay for the left side silencer. The subframe has securing points and all you need to do is to trim the undertray of the seat cowling in order to fit.

Designed in-house by TYGA Performance using the latest CAD/CAM software, these CNC machine-made step kits are made from top quality aircraft grade aluminium. Complete with carbon heelguard on left and right hanger.
Street/Race shift possible by reversing the gear change arm. No other modification necessary other than adjustment of the link rod.
Peg position is 25/40mm. up and 15/30mm. back*.
Brake light is operated by standard pressure switch, but this may be removed for racing purposes.
No provision for the side stand is provided. For side stand use, please see STAA-0024
Fitting the TYGA Step Kit for the KTM RC390 requires that the swingarm axle be removed from the machine, which can render the vehicle unstable. Having an assistant can be very useful during removal and fitting of the axle.
* Peg position can be adjusted to four positions by 2x M8 bolts attaching the hanger plate to the main plate. After a position change, adjustment of the gear change arm and link rod length will be necessary. For your safety. please ensure all fasteners are tight before use, and we recommend the use of thread locking agent (such as Loctite 242) on the 2x M8 bolts.

Below is everything you need to do a top end rebuild on your MC18. Suitable for cylinder ‘B’. One kit includes all parts for one cylinder. To overhaul both cylinders please order 2 kits.
There are different kits depending on the piston supplied and the pistons are sized to match the cylinder. The cylinders have a letter stamped on them. A cylinder = B piston B cylinder = no mark piston, C cylinder = D piston. The largest cylinder bore is A and the smallest is C. However, note that this is only for when cylinders are new or in good condition, so if the cylinder is worn, the corresponding piston will be a looser so a bigger piston might be advised. If the cross hatch honing of the cylinder is very feint then we suggest using the next size up piston. The differences in sizes are tiny (11 microns between largest and smallest) and for the most part not an issue so it is not a problem if a smaller piston is used in a larger cylinder or the other way round.
Cylinder A = 54.008mm – 54.011mm use Piston B = 53.966mm – 53.969mm
Cylinder B = 54.004mm – 54.008mm use Piston # = 53.962mm – 53.965mm
Cylinder C = 54.000mm – 54.004mm use Piston D = 53.958mm – 53.961mm
Piston to bore clearance = 0.039mm – 0.045mm
