Seat set street, Aprilia RS250

This kit comprises all the parts shown on picture, which are also available separately.

This kit is supplied with all additional fasteners required to mount it to a stock Aprilia RS250 MKII

For Aprilia RS250 MK1 owners, you can use this fairing but it’s not a direct fit.

The dash is different, the digital meters (MK2) fits the TYGA frame.

Tank MK1 looks the same but is little different. The seat needs adjustment the tank is a little bigger.

The cooling- and oil tank are in the sub frame (MK1) and on the side of the frame MK2. (order alg-10015, for cooling tank)

The steps left and right of the MK2 have extra brackets, the MK1 don’t have these. You need this fit the lower TYGA cowling.

Tail Pipe, Stainless Steel, YZ250.

This link pipe is used in conjunction with the silencer, and is specific to the Yamaha YZ250

This product is compatible with EXCB-0032 and EXSL-0050 which together make up complete exhaust system EXTS-0001

VHM insert, Aprilia RS125 (alg-10176)

piston height -0.35 mm, squish 0.90 mm. Most used is 12,0 cc.

The VHM cylinder head is designed with central spark plug position for superior burn, and removable combustion chamber inserts so that changes of compression ratios are quick and simple, and no more wasted head gaskets thanks to the O-ring design

This VHM head set uses the standard water hose spigots. The standard spark plugs may be used.

Seat Cowling, (GRP), NC30/NC35 GP-T

This product is the latest TYGA design for the 400 V4 and is designed to be stylish and lightweight. This product includes ONLY the seat cowling for replacement in the event of an accident or can be used for a project bike of another model. For the MC21, we recommend ordering one of the complete kits below (BPFS-****) which includes all the necessay parts to complete the modification. For installation of any other model the customer will need to make the necessary modifications,

The advantages of this seat cowling over stock include:

– use with rest of seat cowling kit, much lighter than stock

– new design allows for integrated LED Tail light ( BPLT-0008) for flush fitment and new lighter registration/license plate holder ( BPFX-9133).

– higher at the rear, to give the bike a more agressive stance

– better rider control by use of enclosed seat area

– improved strength with precision in design and fitment
