Upper Cowling Street (GRP), NC30/NC35, GP-T, Assy.

Stylish replacement fairing designed in-house by TYGA Performance to give the NC30 and NC35 a contemporary look. This upper cowling utilizes stylish twin double unit LED headlight units, BPLT-0027. Together with lower cowling BPFL-9034 for NC30 and BPFL-9134 for NC35 and other mounting hardware it comprises sets BPFS-0144 for the NC30 and BPFS-0145 for the NC35.

This cowling is supplied with a plastic bung to mount to the meter stay.

TYGA/KITACO Power Up Kit, Carbon Type

This power up kit is designed to give a significant power boost over stock. Using TYGA Performance and KITACO products, the power of the MSX125 Grom is increased by 25%. Below is the dyno graph. STD vs our full system with carbon silencer, Kitaco type 2 camshaft, i-map (setting #3). Similar results were found with the Moto Maggot and stainess type silencers.

Description:

Fitting this Power Up Kit to your Honda MSX125/GROM gives a significant increase in top end performance and over rev. Peak hp is moved from 7,000rpm (std) up to 8,000rpm, with a 1.6hp gain at peak.

Fitting the i-Map Fuel Injection Controller is a necessary modification to avoid the engine running lean and being damaged. Running the KITACO Type 2 camshaft without the i-Map is NOT an option!

The i-Map is shipped with “setting #3” activated. This is the basic map for this kit, but the map can be modified using the optional i-Map interface cable and software downloadable from the KITACO website:

Lightweight GP style upper stay to use on the GP style fairing

This lightweight aluminium subframe is closely modelled on the stock NC35 subframe and can be substituted for the heavy steel one with a weight saving of XXX. Made from extruded and CNC machined 6000 series aluminium, this product is hand-welded by our craftsmen to provide a strong, accurate and beautiful component. Finished in Hard wearing satin black powdercoating, it can be painted if the customer so chooses.

Note this subframe is for race and single seat use only and cannot be used for carrying a passenger. All mounting positions for exhaust stay, seat cowling, seat pad, undertray, radiator overflow bottle, electrical components etc which are normally mounted to the subframe are supplied with subframe, there are even two mounting holes in case you wish to install a remote reservoir rear shock (BPCC-0046 is a direct fit), so it is almost a simple plug and play. Most of the standard fasteners are used, however where necessary, replacements are included.

If you wish to run this subframe without the rear fender, then this is also possible and we recommend installing it along with Seat cowling bracket part number: TYLY-0224-17 and battery box TYLY-0026. In this configuration, you will need modify the rear mounts of the battery box and drill them to attach to the subframe and to cable tie, starter relay etc which are normally attached directly to the undertray

Seat Cowling (GRP), NC35, Dual, Stock Shape (Painted RT)

Stock shape seat cowling with taillight holes and mounts. Direct replacement for stock NC35 seat cowling in the exact same shape but without the nasty joins. This seat cowling uses OEM seat pad and taillight.

All Tyga Performance and Honda OEM panels. Retains use of Honda OEM taillight and seat pad

Painted in classic RT scheme (1996-2000). This panel is finished to match the stock paintwork

This stay is a replacement for the stock one when fitting our T8 bodywork. It is not an exact fit if used with stock fairing because front hole position is changed.
