This bodywork set includes all the parts needed to convert the seat cowling for the 2011-13 CBR250R to TYGA GP style. Passenger seat cover, taillight, registration illuminating light and undertray and exhaust stay are all included as well as all fitting hardware.

These 6061 T6 aluminium TYGA exhaust valve covers offer a great engine cosmetic enhancement, and also serve the function of keeping your valve chamber area free from exhaust goo.

The residue oil is allowed to blow off into separate catch tanks.

Sealing of the cover to the cylinder is taken care of by a CNC machined groove fitted with an ‘o’ ring, so no more broken gaskets. Secured in place with smart looking button head M5 stainless steel socket bolts.

Triple Clamp Set, CNC Black, NC35 Forks to fit CBR250RR MC22

CNC machined TYGA triple clamp set for the CBR250RR MC22 to take 50 mm / 52 mm diameter RVF400 NC35 forks.

Designed and machined in-house by TYGA from aircraft spec 6061-T6 alloy. FEA tested and developed for increased strength without unnecessary weight increase.

They are delivered ready to fit with all necessary bearings and lower seal, and even an aluminium top clamp nut, to complete the transformation. The top clamp has the ‘bolt-on’ ignition switch/lock holder fitted, which can be removed for racing.

Tightening recommendations:

Lower clamp pinch bolts: 23Nm.
Top clamp pinch bolts: 23Nm.
