*Note that when this fender is installed on the MSX125 Grom, it uses using just the four bolts in front of the fender and the two mounting holes behind the fork leg for the stock fender on the Grom are not used. For the Monkey, it mounts on the fork guard mounting holes.

Wheel, Rear, Aluminium Spacer Kit, Ninja 400

Replace the heavy steel rear wheel spacers with these “self-retaining” lightweight 6061-T6 aluminium spacers.

The outer spacers are designed with a lip that slips in behind the seal to retain the spacers in the wheel. No more lost spacers rolling across the workshop floor!

Lighter weight allows the suspension to react more positively, so better handling and good looks!

This set of bodywork is designed to replace the stock NC30 seat cowling with the street version of our New Style RC211V style seat cowling and includes all parts needed to do the conversion. This product has a roomier riding position and enhanced modern looks over the stock seat cowling.

This product is suitable for the NC35 and is the base version without carbon fiber front section to keep the cost to a minimum. We also offer a deluxe version of the same product with carbon front section for enhanced looks and strength as well as a pure race one without the tailight or registration/license plate holder. Triple Clamp Set, CNC Black, RVF400 forks to fit VFR400R, NC30

CNC machined TYGA lower triple clamp for the VFR400R NC30 to fit RVF400/NC35 forks.

Designed and machined in-house by TYGA from aircraft spec 6061-T6 alloy. FEA tested and developed for increased strength without unnecessary weight increase.

They are delivered ready to fit with all necessary bearings and lower seal, and even an aluminium top clamp nut, to complete the transformation. The top clamp has the ‘bolt-on’ ignition switch/lock holder fitted, which can be removed for racing.

The Steering stoppers are reversible, giving maximum steering lock for street application, or a reduced angle for racing.

Tightening recommendations:

Lower clamp pinch bolts: 23Nm.

Top clamp pinch bolts: 23Nm.
