We are offering this set painted in tough 2k paint as shown in the pictures to save a buyer the cost and time of getting them painted locally. By geting this set painted at source, we are able to offer a high quality paint job at a budget price. This kit is ideal for anyone wanting to keep the stock classic look of the NC35 but by using this kit it is a lot cheaper than stock panels and it is tougher too! In addition, the kit has less panels (2 for the fairing instead of 6 and 1 for the seat cowling instead of 3) and is supplied with the single seat RC45 style tail.

This kit will transform your bike quickly and the kit uses stock fasteners for ease of fitment. It is complete with mounting positions for tail light and headlight. (No mounting positions for stock indicators)

Set pipe Full race system WSS300 (race), KTM RC390

This full exhaust system has been conceived to meet WSS300 specifications and carefully designed to squeeze the most power out of the 390. The stainless steel headers are tapered and the sections hand- rolled and welded to give this system incredible looks as well as performance.

And with full spring mounting, fitting and removal of the exhaust is quick and simple. Ideal in a race environment.

By taking advantage of better routing under the engine, the exhaust can be made to optimize dimensions to exploit the motor’s full potential. In addition, by tucking it up through the swing arm, the exhaust does not have any clearance issues in tight bends and is kept away from side which is the most vulnerable position in the case of an accident, increasing its survivability.

The system features a primary silencer, which helps reduce the sound level without any loss of performance.

The system is also provided with a dB killer as well as a carbon heat shield and a bracket so you can mount this system on the earlier RC390 models which did not have this already on the frame, meaning this exhaust will fit all RC390 models to date.

Sound test of the full TYGA system back to back with the Akrapovic World Supersport 300 titanium pipe.

As you can see on the chart below, the sound levels (without DK) are pretty much identical between the two systems. The DK knocks about 5 decibels off everywhere.
Due to the new routing of the exhaust, it is necessary to re-route the water hoses and remove the thermostat, and we provide all the necessary hoses for this conversion. Also, due the exhaust running under the engine, the stock belly pan is not compatible and we provide some alternatives which are not included in the cost of the exhaust.

Note, this is what we describe as the ‘Street’ system. The only difference between this and the race one is the silencer is in a more out board position to clear license/Registration place when used on the street. Powerwise, it is identical to EXPS-0112

2013-2017, Set, Pipe, Full Race System, Ninja 300R, Round Aluminium Silencer

We now have a new and improved design to give you the edge in this highly competitive class. Through our continuous R&amp;D, we have enhanced the dimensions of components to squeeze even more power from the Ninja 300 when used with the TYGA system*. Made in stainless steel with spring mounted round Aluminium silencer this system significantly increases performance, saves weight and enhances the looks of the bike. Sounds great too! Unlike the stock system and most other aftermarket full systems, the TYGA Performance full race system is routed up the right side of the bike for the best possible gas flow and the performance figures support this. Please see below.

Rear Hugger/Chain Guard (Carbon), VJ23 RGV250

The VJ23 RGV250 is the only RGV250 model which does not have a rear hugger as standard and as a result, all the road filth and rain tends to collect around the rear shock and under side of the seat cowling. TYGA Performance have developed this carbon hugger as a solution to the dirt issue while making the swing arm/rear wheel part of the bike more attractive. Designed to fit onto the contour of the VJ23 swing arm’s fabrication and lock into position by a rub underneath, the TYGA hugger incorporates the rear chain guard too, using the chain guard’s mounting holes on the left to hold it securely in place. On the right side, it is held on by a cable tie through the rear brake line guide and at the front by an M4 bolt which is requires drilling and tapping of the swing arm by the customer to install this product.

IMPORTANT, note that due to the VJ23 never having the option for a rear hugger, there is no position provided on the swing arm to mount the hugger at the front and it is necessary to drill and tap an M4 hole in the swing arm and use a cable tie to provide a good level of support for the hugger. See photos 7 and 8 for details on what is required to install this product.
