This carbon brake holder is a faithful reproduction of HRC part 43150-NX6-000 used on the HRC NSR500V GP bike.
It allows for removal of the stock chain guard by providing a safe way of securing the rear brake line on any Pro Arm model such as the MC28, NC30 and NC35. To install this holder, it is necessary to drill and tap two small mounting holes in the swing arm to secure the holder using the bolts and washers provided with the holder. The holder is also supplied with cable ties and rubber hose suitable for braided brake lines in order to keep the brake line held in position while at the same time looking neat and tidy.
Important: care should be taken during installation to allow adequate clearance of the brake line with the chain and rear wheel when the bike is being ridden allowing for movement due to suspension etc.

Below is everything you need to do a top end rebuild on your MC18. Suitable for cylinder ‘A’. One kit includes all parts for one cylinder. To overhaul both cylinders please order 2 kits.
There are different kits depending on the piston supplied and the pistons are sized to match the cylinder. The cylinders have a letter stamped on them. A cylinder = B piston B cylinder = no mark piston, C cylinder = D piston. The largest cylinder bore is A and the smallest is C. However, note that this is only for when cylinders are new or in good condition, so if the cylinder is worn, the corresponding piston will be a looser so a bigger piston might be advised. If the cross hatch honing of the cylinder is very feint then we suggest using the next size up piston. The differences in sizes are tiny (11 microns between largest and smallest) and for the most part not an issue so it is not a problem if a smaller piston is used in a larger cylinder or the other way round.
Cylinder A = 54.008mm – 54.011mm use Piston B = 53.966mm – 53.969mm
Cylinder B = 54.004mm – 54.008mm use Piston # = 53.962mm – 53.965mm
Cylinder C = 54.000mm – 54.004mm use Piston D = 53.958mm – 53.961mm
Piston to bore clearance = 0.039mm – 0.045mm

This full exhaust system has been conceived to meet WSS300 specifications and carefully designed to squeeze the most power out of the 390. The stainless steel headers are tapered and the sections hand- rolled and welded to give this system incredible looks as well as performance.
And with full spring mounting, fitting and removal of the exhaust is quick and simple. Ideal in a race environment.
By taking advantage of better routing under the engine, the exhaust can be made to optimize dimensions to exploit the motor’s full potential. In addition, by tucking it up through the swing arm, the exhaust does not have any clearance issues in tight bends and is kept away from side which is the most vulnerable position in the case of an accident, increasing its survivability.
The system features a primary silencer, which helps reduce the sound level without any loss of performance.
The system is also provided with a dB killer as well as a carbon heat shield and a bracket so you can mount this system on the earlier RC390 models which did not have this already on the frame, meaning this exhaust will fit all RC390 models to date.
Sound test of the full TYGA system back to back with the Akrapovic World Supersport 300 titanium pipe.
As you can see on the chart below, the sound levels (without DK) are pretty much identical between the two systems. The DK knocks about 5 decibels off everywhere.
Due to the new routing of the exhaust, it is necessary to re-route the water hoses and remove the thermostat, and we provide all the necessary hoses for this conversion. Also, due the exhaust running under the engine, the stock belly pan is not compatible and we provide some alternatives which are not included in the cost of the exhaust.
Note, this is what we describe as the ‘Street’ system. The only difference between this and the race one is the silencer is in a more out board position to clear license/Registration place when used on the street. Powerwise, it is identical to EXPS-0112

Designed in-house by TYGA Performance using the latest CAD/CAM software, these tough CNC machine-made step kits are made from top quality, aircraft grade aluminium and utilise TYGA’s unique and elegant system to provide ten different foot peg positions. The kit features levers moving on ball bearings to give precise and smooth movement. In addition to the technical specifications, emphasis has also been given to make the steps as uncluttered as possible with the rear master cylinder hidden from view and no unsightly unused holes on view etc. The kit comes complete, ready to bolt on with stainless steel fasteners, new OEM Honda axle bolt and carbon heel guards. With individualism in mind, there is a choice of ten colour combinations available and all components are available as replacement or separate items.

This lightweight aluminium subframe is closely modelled on the stock NC35 subframe and can be substituted for the heavy steel one with a weight saving of XXX. Made from extruded and CNC machined 6000 series aluminium, this product is hand-welded by our craftsmen to provide a strong, accurate and beautiful component. Finished in Hard wearing satin black powdercoating, it can be painted if the customer so chooses.
Note this subframe is for race and single seat use only and cannot be used for carrying a passenger. All mounting positions for exhaust stay, seat cowling, seat pad, undertray, radiator overflow bottle, electrical components etc which are normally mounted to the subframe are supplied with subframe, there are even two mounting holes in case you wish to install a remote reservoir rear shock (BPCC-0046 is a direct fit), so it is almost a simple plug and play. Most of the standard fasteners are used, however where necessary, replacements are included.
If you wish to run this subframe without the rear fender, then this is also possible and we recommend installing it along with Seat cowling bracket part number: TYLY-0224-17 and battery box TYLY-0026. In this configuration, you will need modify the rear mounts of the battery box and drill them to attach to the subframe and to cable tie, starter relay etc which are normally attached directly to the undertray

Designed in-house by TYGA Performance and using 15 years experience of developing fairings for the NC30, this fairing is lightest and most stylish yet. The design incorporates mounting points for the radiator mesh and other features include a vent underneath and high quality lamination by our skilled craftsmen. This lower cowling is designed to be used with stock or race exhaust systems though some spacing may be necessary to get clearance with race exhausts:
1. stock systems, fit with no spacing but care should be taken when installing to avoid any touching or proximity to exhaust and subsequent burning of the fairing.
2. Tyga exhaust can be installed with no modification
3. Other systems, we can not advise, but should require only spacing or possibly cutting area around where pipe exits near sidestand.
