This set of bodywork is designed to replace the stock seat cowling with the street version of our GP-T Seat cowling and includes all parts needed to do the conversion. It is suitable for the MC18.

‘Note this kit has been designed primarily for the 1989 model but will also fit the 1988. Note that for the 1988 model, the exhaust stays are suitable for our TYGA exhaust system but not the stock exhausts. The wiring harness differs on the 1988 model so there may be some modification of the wiring harness required.’

Set pipe Full race system WSS300 (race), KTM RC390

This full exhaust system has been conceived to meet WSS300 specifications and carefully designed to squeeze the most power out of the 390. The stainless steel headers are tapered and the sections hand- rolled and welded to give this system incredible looks as well as performance.

And with full spring mounting, fitting and removal of the exhaust is quick and simple. Ideal in a race environment.

By taking advantage of better routing under the engine, the exhaust can be made to optimize dimensions to exploit the motor’s full potential. In addition, by tucking it up through the swing arm, the exhaust does not have any clearance issues in tight bends and is kept away from side which is the most vulnerable position in the case of an accident, increasing its survivability.

The system features a primary silencer, which helps reduce the sound level without any loss of performance.

The system is also provided with a dB killer as well as a carbon heat shield and a bracket so you can mount this system on the earlier RC390 models which did not have this already on the frame, meaning this exhaust will fit all RC390 models to date.

Sound test of the full TYGA system back to back with the Akrapovic World Supersport 300 titanium pipe.

As you can see on the chart below, the sound levels (without DK) are pretty much identical between the two systems. The DK knocks about 5 decibels off everywhere.
Due to the new routing of the exhaust, it is necessary to re-route the water hoses and remove the thermostat, and we provide all the necessary hoses for this conversion. Also, due the exhaust running under the engine, the stock belly pan is not compatible and we provide some alternatives which are not included in the cost of the exhaust.

Note, this is what we describe as the ‘Street’ system. The only difference between this and the race one is the silencer is in a more out board position to clear license/Registration place when used on the street. Powerwise, it is identical to EXPS-0112

Triple Clamp Set, CNC Silver, Race, NSR250 MC21/28 To Fit NX5 Forks

CNC machined TYGA triple clamp set for the MC21 to take Honda RS250 NX5 forks.

Designed and machined in-house by TYGA from aircraft spec 6061-T6 alloy, and anodized clear. FEA tested and developed for increased strength without unnecessary weight increase.

This triple clamp set is delivered ready to fit with all necessary bearings and lower seal, and even an aluminium top clamp nut, to complete the transformation.

The Steering stoppers are reversible, giving maximum steering lock for street application, or a reduced angle for racing.

There is no provision for the ignition switch, so an alternative mounting location must be found.

Pitch of forks: 200mm (Same as RS250)

Fork Offset: 35mm (Same as NSR250)

Top Clamp: 50mm Bore

Bottom Clamp: 54mm Bore

Tightening recommendations:

Lower clamp pinch bolts: 23Nm.

Lower cowling Gp2010, Honda NSR250 MC21/MC28

This product is almost identical to BPFL-9014, just wider lip to match the upper BPFU-9005.

Modelled on the RSW GP race bike design and adapted to fit the NSR250, this lower cowling represents the ultimate in fairing design for the NSR. Keeping the width to an absolute minimum, the design gives maximum clearance with the track at high angles of lean. Other features include a vent underneath and improved design giving excellent finish both inside and out. Weight is now only approx. 1 kg but strength retained using a lip around the edge.

It is supplied with spacers to place between fairing and rear lower mounts to ensure clearance with exhaust chambers.

Compatible products:

This product must be used with BPFU-9005 but can also be used with BPFU-9012 and BPFU-9022.

This lower cowling is designed to be used with stock or race exhaust systems though some spacing may be necessary to get clearance with chambers:

1. stock systems, fit with no spacing but will need a small part of the indent on the lower vent removed to clear the chamber. We can modify the lower to fit the stock chambers if requested

2. Tyga chambers require some spacing but no cutting. On some systems (particularly MC28) no spacing is necessary

3. Other systems, can not advise, but should require only spacing or possibly cutting of front of lower where front cylinder header exits.
